1. Services Provided
Timber Love and Care provides professional tree services, including structural tree trimming, pruning, safe tree removal, stump grinding, and comprehensive plant health care assessments. All estimates provided on-site or virtually are completely free and valid for a period of 30 days from the initial evaluation date.
2. Safety & Access
Clients are required to ensure clear and safe access to the designated operational zones on their property for our specialized arborist team and technical rigging equipment. We prioritize property preservation at every turn, executing advanced rigging and lowering techniques for all high-risk or over-structure operations.
3. Insurance Protection
We maintain full, comprehensive general liability insurance specifically tailored for high-hazard tree service operations to ensure our clients, their homes, and adjacent structures remain completely protected. A formal Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be generated and provided directly to the client upon request prior to starting any job.
4. Liability Exclusions
Timber Love and Care executes all underground operations with caution. However, the company cannot be held responsible for accidental damage to unmarked underground utilities, hidden drainage lines, or invisible property elements unless explicitly disclosed and physically pointed out by the homeowner prior to work beginning.
5. SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting into our messaging service via submission forms or text outreach, you explicitly agree to receive SMS notifications and scheduling updates from our crew regarding your specific property requests. Message frequency strictly correlates with your active project status. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can fully terminate the SMS connection at any moment by replying "STOP".
